Shipping policy

We are able to ship certain orders directly from our publishers and vendors to our customers.  There are publishers and vendors that may charge a fee for drop shipped orders which will be at the expense of the customer. We will always choose the least expensive route for shipping unless otherwise requested by our customer.

The Exam Pros is able to ship to most international destinations.  The Exam Pros uses all the major carriers to ship.  The Exam Pros is NOT responsible for customs related issues at the destination country.  The Exam Pros has no control over whether the receiving country will hold the shipment for any reason.  It is recommended to use a United States freight forwarder for shipments over $1,000 to any international country.
