This 2-day, instructor-led, online class is approved by the State of Florida Department of Health as an official training program for CPO® certification. Approved Pool Service Technician Certification Course.

The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance Certified Pool Operator course is taught by an authorized instructor and licensed pool contractor in Florida.

Class Location: Online via Microsoft Teams. (the invitation to the online session will be emailed 3 days before the class date)

The Exam will be on the last day of the class.

In this CPO® Certification program, you will gain essential knowledge on pool water chemistry, water filtration, recreational water illnesses, spa maintenance, chemical dosing, breakpoint chlorination, and effective methods to ensure the safety and health of both employees and patrons at swimming pools.

• To become certified, students must attend all sessions and pass an open-book online exam.
• Required materials: calculator, highlighter, book, paper, and photo ID.

This CPO® 2-Day Class covers 14-16 hours of in-depth training from the PHTA® Pool & Spa Operator™ Handbook and local codes, all taught by our certified PHTA® Instructor. In addition to his engineering background, he has successfully owned and operated a thriving pool and landscaping business for the past 17 years, transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful and functional environments.

As a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) instructor for over 17 years, Roberto has shared his knowledge and expertise with aspiring professionals, equipping them with the necessary skills to maintain safe and efficient aquatic facilities. His ability to teach and mentor has made him a respected figure in the industry.

Rob Estell was born in Vineland, New Jersey, and raised in nearby Millville, NJ, before joining the Army. He is a Desert Storm Veteran (U.S. Army) and strongly believes in the motto "No Soldier Left Behind" a principle that inspired his company’s mission: "No Student Left Behind."

Rob has an extensive background in exam preparation and instruction. He was an instructor at Gold Coast Schools, a partner at Contractors Exam School, and the founder of 1 Exam Prep. He is also a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) Instructor with many years of experience, helping professionals obtain their certifications and advance in their careers. His passion for teaching and helping others succeed has been the driving force behind his career.

Beyond his professional achievements, Rob is a dedicated father to his son, Luke, and daughter, Faith, who share his passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
